Remus Lupin could appreciate beauty he had seen beautiful views and seen paintings worth millions yet the beauty of a woman was unfamiliar to him, until he met her. Nymphadora Tonks was beauty personified, her smile lit up a room and her eyes sparkled her personality was captivating, hell even her name was beautiful despite her apparent hatred for it. Yet now he realised he had never seen true beauty, watching her naked body writhe below his he truly understood it.
Remus Lupin had heard beautiful sounds. The sounds of birds singing their first morning song or the twinkling melodies of a latest hit in either the wizarding or muggle charts but then she came along and filled his ears with better ones, her laughter that would echo through his ears and brighten up his day. Then there was the sound of her moaning as he brought her to ecstacy that moan contained a thousand words, unspoken but there or his name on her lips as she came saying it like a prayer, Remus, Remus. Maybe it was the conviction in her voice as she told him she loved him. Anything she said was like music to his ears and he savoured every delicious word she said.
Remus Lupin had read of love he had heard others talk of it and celebrate it but until that moment he had never fully understood it, then she came along and filled the void in both his life and his heart. She filled it with love and light happiness and acceptance, she changed his for the better. Love had been strange at first it was unfamiliar, he felt he didnt deserve it and had tried to push her away but eventually he had grown used to both the feelings equated with and the words that were used to express love, he still felt she deserved better but regardless he told her how much he loved her every day. "I love you my beauty."
Remus Lupin had many experiences some he regretted, some he did not but until the day she stumbled into his life he had never experienced lifes full beauty and he had never experienced love. That he did not regret.
