Hi everyone! This is Tempermental 18 here. The title is in German, It is the German translation of " The Griffin and the Otter ". In this one-shot, I have mentioned Draco as a Griffin and Hermione as an Otter. Do read and review. Any kind of criticism is welcome.
On to the story-
The general idea about a Griffin is that it is a savage and tenacious beast that is extremely dangerous. That is not all that there is. Yes, they are courageous and bold, full of power and is attracted to fierce monsters but those are the core attributes or the commonly known attributes. The Griffin is also intelligent, majestic and has leadership qualities. It's tenacity to guard treasure can easily indicate towards it's protective nature and these creatures love their partners very much. At the end, the Griffin comes across as a virtuous creature, often misinterpreted and misunderstood.
Much is not known about an Otter's characteristics, except their playful nature and the fact that they are carnivorous mammals. They are active hunters which can be seen as the bold and adventurous streak in them and their skillfull-ness can be related to the idea of them having a sharp brain. The presence of both the playfulness and the hunting ability in them indicate that they are capable of being friendly with the friends and fierce with the enemy.
There are many differences between a Griffin and an Otter but of them have something in common - they both have the ability to be friendly, loyal and loving to their near ones and fierce to the ones they would like to keep at bay and that is why Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger went on to have a happy married life.
