WartHogs? HartWogs? HogWarts?

"Andromeda and Ariadne, you've got mail!"

Who knew that a simple sentence could mess up my life?

My name is Andromeda Pallas Jackson and I'm 11 years old. I've got curly black hair and stormy grey eyes. I have a lean build and I'm short. Most people underestimate me, it's their first mistake. As you may have already guessed, my parents are Percy and Annabeth Jackson. I inherited my mother's personality and my father's loyalty. Oh, before I go on, I should mention my identical in every way but looks twin sister. Her name is Ariadne Minerva "Minnie" Jackson. She has straight blond hair and sea green eyes. She's tall and lean.

Anyways so Minnie and I were playing Wii Sims City when our mom called us down to the kitchen. Minnie glanced at me and we both took off. Of course Minnie got there first. She is faster than me, but I'm stronger.

"Oh come on Droid, you gotta run faster than that."

"No…"

Okay, I'll admit that 'Droid' is a wired nickname, but no one could pronounce my name right except Mom and Dad, so people started calling me Droid.

Back to what happened, Mom handed Minnie and I each a thick greyish envelope with a red seal and no stamp. I got a paranoid feeling when I read the address.

How did these people know where I slept? I glanced at Minnie. She had opened her letter and was looking bewildered but proud. So I opened the letter, it was on the same grayish paper as the envelope.

It made sense I guess, if gods were real, couldn't wizards? Plus it explained my odd childhood, like the time gym class was so boring and I wished the coach would disappear, and she did. There were a lot of other instances too, but they're a tale for another time.

I glanced at Mom and she was reading Minnie's letter her lips pursed, but her eyes full of pride, so I knew she approved. Minnie looked really excited, in fact she so excited that she was a foot off the ground.

The next week was tense as we waited for this 'representative' to arrive. When she did, things went from weird to wacky.
