*pant* *pant *pant*. He fell to the floor, gasping for breath. "Just a few kilometres to go." He thought back to the task he was assigned.
Flashback
There he stood in the hokage's office. She had asked him to come to her office as soon as possible.
On his way there he wondered what Tsunade wanted from him. However it wasn't rocket science as to why she wanted him.
Over the past 3 years after the Pain invasion, he had progressed in his shinobi arts including Nin, gen and taijutsu.
After several taijutsu sessions with Gai, eventually defeating him in their last spar, he became the most experienced and skilful taijutsu master in the elemental nations.
As for ninjutsu, Kakashi taught him in the arts of it, effectively teaching him Chidori after helping him adapt an element for lightning. Kyuubi had taught him to enhance his jutsu's including Rasengan, Rasenshuriken, his many wind jutsu's and his three newly taught jutsu's, Gokakyu no jutsu, Chidori and Karyuu Endan.
As for Genjutsu, Kurenai had managed to change his stats of genjutsu to fantastic from non-existent.
He got to her office as quick as possible and stood in front of her desk.
"Your mission is to travel to Shiganshina district to help destroy the titans." She ordered.
Flashback end
As he approached the back gate of the medium sized village, he spotted two heavily armed people. They walked up to him, their swords clanging in their sheaths.
"Ohayo, are you supposed to be our help. Where's the rest of you, are they trailing behind?" The boy asked.
"No it's just me." Naruto replied
'Konoha are really cheap aren't they.' The boy sweat dropped.
"Anyways my name is Eren and this is my foster sister Mikasa."
"I'm Naruto Uzumaki." Naruto replied.
Suddenly, a large eruption blew through the village.
"The Titans have broken through the walls! We need to go now."
And with that Naruto shunshin'd them to the explosion.
