Ron P.O.V

I sighed and put down the picture I was staring at.

I was of me, Harry and…

Hermione.

I missed her like hell.

She…she left in the middle of the school-year last year.

She got a scholarship to study abroad for the rest of the year.

It killed me.

I picked the picture up again and stroked it.

"I wish you were back." I whispered and just continued to stare at the picture.

I hurts you know.

She left when I was still with Lavender.

I'll never forget her face whenever she saw me with her.

I just wanted to hold her, and tell that it's gonna be ok.

Damn.

I sighed again, and put the picture down.

Standing up, I felt my back crack.

"Ron! Ron!" I turned my head to a very out of breath Harry.

"Yes?" I answered and walked over to him.

"I have a surprise for you!" He smiled.

"A-A surprise? F-For me?" I stuttered.

What in the world…?

"Yes now c'mon! You're gonna love it!" He grabbed me and pulled me down to the common room.

"Harry what is this?" I pulled away from his grasp and stood my ground.

"Just…follow me to the dining hall. I swear you won't regret it." His smile wouldn't leave his face.

Eh.

Why not?

I followed him to the dining hall, forgetting that dinner was going on.

He pulled me to the center of the four tables, and everyone looked at us like we were mad.

"Harry?" I asked as he walked away.

I felt someone tap my shoulder from behind.

"What?" I said before I turned around.

She.

Her.

NO WAY.

"Hermione!" I laughed and hugged her.

I missed her so much.

She hugged me back and I felt her smile.

After the hug, I couldn't stop smiling.

"Stop smiling, you look stupid." She giggled and bit her lip.

"I missed you. I have every right to smile." I retorted and embraced her again.

I saw Dumbledore, McGonagall, and Hagrid all grinning from their seats.

"I missed you too Ron. They asked me to stay another year…" My heart dropped.

"Oh..." I trailed off and looked at the ground.

"But I said no. I belong at Hogwarts. I…I couldn't go another year without seeing you or Harry."

My head shot up and my grin got even wider than it was before.

In the rush of the moment, I pulled her head in and my lips collided with hers in the most passionate, loving kiss I've ever experienced.

I heard a chorus of 'Aws" in the audience and we both laughed and pulled back.

"Don't ever leave me like that again." I hoarsely whispered.

"I couldn't if I tried." She giggled and pulled me in for another kiss.

Definitely the best surprise ever.

Okay, so this is my first Ron/Hermione story, and I really want some positive feedback. I love Harry Potter, and I ADORE these two together. I hope you guys enjoyed it!
