The Hatake were always
What happened to the Hatakes? How are they all dead?
What if they were all from an ancient family of shinigami, and they were banished from the soul society many years ago?
What if as each generation passed they started to forget about shinigamis and hallows?
And as time went on the Hatakes were defenseless as hallows attacked them simultaneously. They clamed monsters were attacking, them but no other ninja could see or, sense them.
As time dragged on the Hatake clan was killed until the last member dragged on with life. Leaving him still unknown to his families history.
