Um, I'm thought I'd give it a go at writing a Dramione fic but I don't know if any of you will like it errr. So if you could maybe like or reblog or just post a quick comment in my ask if you like it then that would be AMAZING. :D

Prologue:
Hermione paced around her bedroom. She desperately scanned the room for something for anything out of place, something to arrange, clean, number… something to occupy her at least. It was hopeless. Everything seemed to be up to standards.
Yes, it was slightly obsessive the way she was constantly tidying things, but she couldn't help it, could she?
Sitting down at the white, wooden desk lodged beneath her window, her train of thoughts were interrupted as she spotted a brown speck in the distance. Squinting her eyes, she tried to figure out what it was. It got larger, and larger, until it was right in front of her, causing the glass to shudder as it banged into the window. Thud. Her determined expression changed to a frown. What was Professor McGonagall's owl doing here? At Hermione Granger's house?
She hastened to click open the window and let the owl in. She stroked his jet black feathers, tracing a finger down the silver streaks on it's wings gently. A roll of parchment attached to its leg fluttered off, hovering in front of Hermione. McGonagall's voice sounded and echoed through her bedroom.
'Dear Miss. Granger,' she paused.
'We are so very pleased to inform you that, after much deliberation, you, Hermione Jean Granger, have been appointed as Head Girl at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
'Please report to my office at the beginning of the new term for more information on your role.
'Enclosed with this letter is your Head Girl badge.
'Best wishes,
'Professor McGonagall.'
A deep red badge with golden words enscribed stating 'HEAD GIRL' appeared in front of her, the same time the letter shredded into pieces, sprinkling the floor with yellow parchment.
Hermione drew in a bated breath, rolling the badge over and over in her hands, not quite believing what was quite in front of her. Of course, Head Girl was her all time goal at Hogwarts, but she never really expected it to come true. She had recieved flattering comments from her teachers and classmates throughout her time at the school, complimenting on her constant top-of-the-class achievement, but she never thought…
