"Sayonara, Shadow the Hedgehog" Sonic says this sadly & walks out the door. Suddenly there is a flash & he sees... a giant glove! This, unknown to Sonic, is the being known as the Master Hand. It has the power to travel through dimensions & time itself. The Master Hand decides to have a little "fun" & decides to restart the events that happened recently & thus Sonic Adventure 2 Battle is born.
Sonic trapped in a helicopter, he had no idea why he was there but he had an incredible sense of deja vu. He struggled with the people on board & burst out the door, then he grabbed on to a board & dived downward. He landed on a street & when sleding down it. After some time he was no longer able to use the board so he went on foot.
GUN, the people that were after him, sent robots after him but he didn't have any problems beating them. He kept going until he got chased by a GUN truck! Sonic ran & just when the truck was going to run him over he shot out of a tunnel & landed in a street safely.
