Author Note: Well I have had a major case of writer's block and finally just completely gave up on Changes, I hope to be more satisfactory with this fic though. Also, this is basically just a teaser to get the story put out there. It is where the story begins but most of the other chapters will be substantially longer before I publish them. I have taken several classes on writing and hope that this story is better than my last one. It was really just to painful to writ anymore of that story after forcing that Hinata and Naruto scene out of myself. Just in case your wondering, no NaruHina in this story. If you want Naru Hina sorry but go omewhere else. I hope Kishi puts them together but I just cannot. Anyway here is the beginning of Pain of the Bijou.
Naruto just stood there
Naruto just stood there.
He couldn't believe it.
He had heard that people who fought against each other sometimes bonded through combat, but he could not believe how hard it was hitting him that Haku and Zabuza were dead. As the blood of the two began to run off of the bridge like a river he felt he was about to cry.
The mercenaries that Gatou had hired were steeling themselves to attack the weakened ninja who were not in a good condition to defend themselves.
Then the blood hit the water.
A huge explosion of chakra hit them in a blast of nuclear proportions.
Tentacles of water rose out of the river and began to pull the mercenaries off of the bridge. They squeezed them like fruit, crushing them and spraying their blood everywhere. Naruto and his team looked on in horror as a gigantic beak-like maw rose out of the water and began to consume bandits and mercenaries mercilessly.
"K-Kakashi-sensei, what is that," Sakura whimpered.
"I don't know Sakura, I just don't know," Kakashi replied.
As quickly as it had begun, it ended. The bandits all lay dead or broken or the ground or in the water. The tentacles made of water recede back under the surface.
"Is it over sensei?" Naruto asked.
"I don't kno..." Kakashi was interrupted by eight very real fleshy tentacles larger than the others substantially reaching up and over the bridge latching onto the bridge itself as well as onto the supports. A bulbous head with two large murky-black eyes and a large beak pulled itself up onto the bridge.
One of the tentacles extended itself towards the team of ninja and began rippling. A bulge appeared on it and began rolling toward the end of the tentacle. A hole opened in the end of the tentacle and a boy stepped out the tentacle attached to his back at the tip.
"I am Enkai" the boy said.
"The jinchuuriki of the 8-tailed octopus."
So tell me, love it, hate it, want more, any suggestions, everything is helpful, but please take the time to properly use grammar on your reviews, I literally could not understand some of the reviews for Changes that I got. Ja Ne.
