It was another cold winter morning in Westbridge and again Sabrina was woken by Salem. He jumped onto her head and started conplainig about everything and everything. Today Sabrina woke up more grumpy than usual, 'GET OFF ME CAT!' she said but it came out more like 'LET COUGH MY HAT' because Salem was on her head muffling her. 'My aren't we Ms Cheerful this morning' was all he said as he slowly started to move and then gracefully juming in an arch across the bed to get away from the pillow Sabrina had tried to throw at him. 'Leave me alone cat,' she said. 'you don't have a history essay, a math report and a test all in the one day! 'Sheesh! teenagers!' Salem didn't seem at all worried.
'Sabrina, hurry up! you're going to be late for school!' Her aunt Hilda's voice carried up the stairs. Sabrina decided to have a magic shower instead of one the morral way, one quick point and she was clean, change but not nearly awake. 'Come on Sabrina!' This time it was her aunt Zelda calling, 'Sabrina dear, are you going to have any breakfast?' Sabrina was now at the bottom of the stairs heading into the kitchen, ' No time aunt Zelda, gotta run' Her aunt Hilda began to speak. 'Good morning Sabrina, how are you, me? I'm fine..' 'Sorry! morning aunt Hilda, but whoever thought up good morning had to be disturbed!' Zelda groaned ' Not another one!' 'I had to put up with Hilda hating mornungs for centuries!' 'Leave me out of this Zelie!'Zelda groaned again 'ok ok, Sabrina you had better get gonig, weren't you going to meet Harvey and Valerie early...' As Sabrina made for the door Zelda pointed her finger and magically stopped her. 'Make sure you have everything this time! and mittens might be a good idea, it looks like snow,' she paused for a moment ' oh Sabrina say hello to Willard for me will you' Hilda make a *I'm going to be sick gesture and went upstairs. Zelda walked over to Sabrina and gave her a kiss goodbye. "Have a great day sweetheart, see you tonight' 'ok aunt Zelda, later' she looked at her watch and said 'uhoh! I'm gonna be really late! Harvey and Valerie are gonna kill me! I've gotta go!' and with that she ran out of the house just in time to catch the school bus.
Sabrina saw Valerie a few seats down from the front of the bus and went to join her. 'Sabrina! I'm so glad you're here! I didn't want to have to plan the party by myself! You know what Harvey's like, no idea at all!' Sabrina smiled at Valerie, her friend could be so overwhelming sometimes. 'Even if I didn't come you'd have gone fine, ready for another day of torture with Libby?' Suddenly the bus skidded off the road.......
