ok i haven't been on here for quite some time. sorry bout that...didn't mean to. i couldnt get on because my dad deleted all my stories and then deleted my user. so i couldnt get on here for a while after then cause then i couldnt remember my password and hotmail wouldnt let me on my account...very annoying and long.
but now i'm back,just decided to write a little short story from FMA...yay dont all of you get too excited...

Edward Elric opened to door. He knew that what was beyond, he

wasn't going to enjoy but he had to go. Alphonse was gone,

Mustang, Hawkeye, Hughes, almost everybody. His eyes sparkled

with tears. He would show them no mercy. None.

"Edward Elric. Finally come to join your friends?" the cold voice

whispered. Edward only kept walking. "You know your not going to

win. Why do you people continue to try?" Still, Edward walked

towards the voice. "You missed your brother's dying screams, you

know. Would you like to have an instant replay? They were

absolutly dreadful. Don't worry about it though. Your screams will

soon fill the room." The cold voice laughed.A sudden cold, chilling

scream rang through the room.Edward's fist was bleeding, the

good one he had. His finger nails dug into his hand harder. The

blood trickled down his hand in slow red droplets. His

automail hand was clenched tight enough to break through the

toughest metal. His teeth were gritted. Tears came down in a fast

stream of pain and sorrow. He didn't try to stop the tears, too mad

to even try.

Something swong at him from the right. He grabbed at it and missed.
It struck him in the jaw. He attempted to wipe away the blood from

his mouth but was only greeted by another blow from the person.

"ENVY!" He screamed at the top of his lungs, more of a cry of rage

then trying to throw it off guard. Envy appeared in front of Ed and

smiled. "Aww, is someone upset?" Envy's grin turned to a snarl.

"Edward Elric, today is the day you die."

Envy came at a charge. Edward growled and jumped out of the

way. "Show me your true form Envy!" He growled. "You really want

to see it?" Envy came at him again. "Show me!" Edward screamed.

"Fine." Envy smiled again. It took the form of a boy who was taller

than Ed, but looked almost exactly the same. It smiled down at

him. "You see, brother. Yes, I am your brother." Envy laughed and

it's hand turned into a long spike. Edward stood in shock. "Wha..."

Envy shot the spike forward and thrust it into Edward's chest. "Ha

hahahaha!" It laughed triumphantly. 'All of this...for...nothing...'

Edward thought as consiousness slowly slipped into the dark

abyss beyond. All that echoed through the room that night was the

sound of the insane laughter of Envy as it pulled the spike from

Edward's chest. It walked away still laughing,the spike dripping

withblood,leaving the hope that was dead lying in his pool of blood.

----This was what I view as what happened in the last episode of Full Metal Alchemist.

And so I leave you with this in mind

In the absence of light, darkness prevails

In the absence of dark, light prevails.
