"C'mon, c'mon…j-just keep it together…"
He cupped a handful of water inside his palm from the slow running tap, and rubbed the water against his face; attempting to clear the sleep from his eyes.
He lowered his hands from his face slowly, looking at himself in the cracked mirror.
He was going to have to replace that at some point.
"We-I…I've gotta…gotta keep it together…" he whispered under his breath, his breathing getting a bit heavier, as he rested his left hand to the side of the mirror, looking down into the drain of the sink.
He closed his eyes, as he tried to control his breathing.
"Yeah…you're doing a fantastic job at doing that…"
He froze, his eyes snapping open at the gruff, raspy voice; there wasn't anyone else in his apartment.
Just him…so…
He slowly lifted his head up again to look at the mirror again, before he inhaled sharply in panic and took a step back, before he slowly recovered.
Looking back at him in the broken mirror, staring into his soul, split in half slightly from the crack running diagonally down the reflective surface…
Was him…
"You…"
"Don't act like we're different…" said the reflection, the torn and aged, dark, dirty golden yellow face all that was visible, with one of the ears half ripped off. Wires exposed everywhere.
"You're not real…You're just scrap metal!" he said, raising his voice slightly as he shouted at the mirror.
Slowly, the large, dirty and rotten 'teeth' closed slightly at the corners of the mouth, looking almost like a sadistic smirk. It's black, soulless eyes staring into the light grey eyes of the man standing in front of the mirror.
"We're one in the same…" said the reflection, a large hand raising from out from below the mirror and pressing it against the mirror; one of finger tips having been ripped off, revealing the metal endoskeleton inside the being.
"We are….the Main Attraction…" said Springtrap, his voice turning into a raspy tone as he drew the hand back, closing it into a fist and punched forward.
