Come home

I was running around. 'Where is he?' was the question that was flooding my mind. I was running through the woods after him. 'I need to find him!' I came to a clearing and saw him standing in the middle of it. I half expected him to run but he stood there staring at me. His eyes were un readable like always, I studied them looking for any sight of emotion but they were empty, almost lifeless.

"Sasuke!" I finally said as I run up to him, we were about 4 feet apart now. He still just stood there daring me to come closer. With his smirk, I'll it mite I thought he looked pretty hot but I wasn't going to tell him that. "Naruto." He said in a low smooth voice and he smirked at me more as my name seemed to roll off his tongue made chizzes run down my spine. I stepped back when he started to get closer to me. "Why'd you follow me?" He said and I could have sworn I saw his eyes soften but then harden again. My breath caught in my throat at the question.

After a few moments I cocked out a response. "S-Sakura." Was all I could say, with out saying more than I was willing too. "Why would she care?" he asked in a spitting voice, with a pinch of despise in it too. I lowered my head trying to hide the little pink splotches that appeared on my cheeks.

His feet had appeared in my sight of vision. He put a hand under my chin and forced me to look up at him. "Are you sure about that, Naruto?" once again sending chills down my spin with the smoothness of his voice. He asked with a knowing smirk across his face. My blush deepened if that was even possible. I pushed him away as I said, "Y-Yes!" I half tried to convince my self that what I was saying was true, it wasn't really working. "Naruto, I -" Sasuke started but I was in tears and yelled the first thing that came to my mind. "Just come back Sasuke!… I'll fight you and bring you back if I have to!" I prepared my self to fight and drag him home if I needed to.

A chuckle escaped his lips and he pulled me in to a hug. "You don't have to do that." He said as he stroked my sun blonde hair. I looked up at him and could for the first time ever actually read his eyes. I saw love, longing, sadness, and a even some little green sparkles. After sitting there for a while he spoke, "Let's go home." we stood up and walked back to the village hand in hand. I savored every moment.
