Crystal Lake shimmered with the crystals that made its water dazzle. Azelf floated, staring at the place where the Time Gear he used protected with his life used to be. It had been over twenty years since anybody had come down here. Twenty years ago the Time Gear was taken from him to stop Temporal Tower from collapsing. Now Azelf had little to do with his eternal life other than occasionally control people's willpower. That's why, for the first time in two decades, he called his sisters.

"You called?" Uxie said as she teleported in. Uxie had always looked like she was a young schoolgirl, despite being thousands of years old.

"You haven't seen me in twenty years and that all you have to say?" Azelf asked.

"When you're centuries of years old, twenty years really doesn't matter" Uxie explained.

Azelf sighed, "Now where is Mesprit?"

Uxie groaned, "You can teleport you imbecile, how are you late?"
