The shivering blood
grined at me
beckoning me to draw nearer
to peer into its glistening eyes
to gaze upon the greatness
that once was

As I took
the first nerve-wrecking steeps closer
it began to quiver in Fear
As I started
to lap up the dieing blood
it started to scream in pleasure

I only then
understood
the virus
I had become
