Just Going To Stand There
{Katherine's POV
I peeked over to see Damon and Stefan laying there turning into to heartless monsters like myself. But as I watched it unfold I felt no emotion. I than heard footsteps coming from behind me. I whipped around to see George Lockwood. "George" I breathed out thankfully.
"Well done George we have succeeded" I told him thankfully as I composed myself. "It was all my pleasure, but wait" he said stopping me when I was ready to walk off. "Time for you to keep up your end of the deal" he said conniving tone to his voice. The same tone my voice held when I first met with him.
I sighed and found the moonstone holding it out to him. "Don't make me regret this and rip your heart out" I told him lowly threatening. Right when he was ready to grab it, I yanked it out of his reach. "Don't think I won't" I told him emphasizing my threat.
I finally handed it over to him with a sigh. He smiled widely eyeing it like it was the secret to rule the world. "Thank you Miss Katherine it was a pleasure working with you" he said smirking as he bought his attention back to me. I nodded rigidly not knowing what else to say.
He kept staring at me with his tantalizing ice green eyes. I felt myself oddly entranced by his stare. He stepped closer bowing, as he took my hand and grazed his lips across my knuckles. "Hope we meet again" he said seductively. I felt my body fall closer to his as he stood in front of me. He quickly caught me, holding me in place.
His hands grazed across the bodice of my corset causing me to shiver. "Yes I hope we do" I said gaining my composure. He stared down at me as I continuously stared up at him. He leaned down with his eyes closed.
I felt my eyes drift shut as I leaned up closer to his level. Our lips met slowly and hesitantly. I responded deepening the kiss. He responded back even more stronger than I was to the kiss. I squeezed my eyes shut as I willed myself to leave.
I pulled away and blurred out of sight before he had time to even notice I left. I stood behind a tree as I watched his sorrowful gaze as he whipped around looking for me. "Please come back Katerina" he said to himself quietly as he walked off. He was the only one I trusted to tell him all about my past.
