A vicious backhand sent Iron Man crashing into the nearest building.
He pulled himself out of the rubble with a dry chuckle. "You're welcome." Tossing a wave over his shoulder, Tony took off to join his fellow Avengers on a nearby roof.
"Oh?" Clint pulled an arrow from a fallen enemy. "And just what the hell was that, Stark?"
The genius billionaire playboy philanthropist shrugged. "He deserved it."
Thor beamed.
Loki stared at the day lily in his hand and cracked a smile. "Sentiment..."
"I did some reading last night," said Iron Man, pulling off a gauntlet.
Loki glowered. "And this concerns me how, man of iron?"

"Happy Mother's Day, Loki."
