Cagalli sat in the mobile suit just drifing in space with Athrun. Their cockpit was open and they could see all the stars. They had not had a day like this in months. Athrun held Cagalli close and Cagalli held Athrun. They were a perfect couple but of course true love wont last forever. It was their anniversaey for being together and everyone was saying that they should get married but Cagalli knew she wasn't ready for that. It was a quiet night and no one seemed to be talking even the happy couple. Why? Because a few days ago something happened that was not supposed to. While fighting for Justice Athrun hit Cagalli. She fell and her mobile suit olmost blew up. Of course Sage, her old friend, saved her. Athrun sayed he did not mean to hit her and he was sorry but he knew something was going on between her and Sage because of the look on her face when he rescued her. Athurn finally spoke "Listen Cagalli I- " Cagalli stopped him by putting her finger over his mouth. "Don't say anymore I know you would never hurt me and besides I want to be with your forever." Said Cagalli. She kissed him gently on the mouth then she looked at his face. It was red with surprise. "Cagalli I… I…" He stopped and smiled "Thank you for forgiving me." Cagalli smiled and said "Don't worry but we should get back. I bet everyone is worried about us. He smiled and nodded. He closed his cockpit and flew home.
When they got home Meer quickly jumped and gave them a hug. Of course she looked more like Lacus today. "Uhh Meer? What are you doing here?" Cagalli said. Meer layed on top of Athrun holding him. His eyes were open and Cagalli felt like pulling her off. Meer looked at her and got up. "What are you saying I am Lacus not Meer and I am sorry for pushing you Athrun I meant to hug both of you!" Meer said giggling. They all walked inside. Kira was nowhere in site. They sat down at the table and watched Meer bring them some food. "I am sorry Lacus for calling you Meer its just you look so much like her you have changed. But most important where is Kira?" Cagalli asked. As Meer set the food on the table her face became sad and she sat down. " Well you see he went off into space looking for you guys since you were out so late and he hasn't been back." Meer said. Athrun held her hand and her face lit up. "But I know heel be back right Athrun?" She stared into his eyes preciously and he nodded. Cagalli became angry and left her plate. "I am tired I am going to head to bed." She walked away. "Cagalli wait!" Athrun said blushing and letting go of Meer's hand. She sighed. "Please Caggalli st-" Athrun stopped when Cagalli did. Tears went down her face and she turned around "Shutup and go away you know how much youm love her ok. You nguys were going to be engaged and even though she loves Kira you still want her so go away!" Cagalli said. Athrun grabbed her hand. She tried to pull it free but Athrun pulled it back and they fell on the ground. Cagalli got up and went to her room and locked it. Meer came up behind Athrun and hugged him with a sad face. "I know how she means the world to you Athrun Zala," She squeezed him and pulled him back. " We were meant together and.." A tear of happiness rolled down and she put on an evil grin. "And faith was supposed to bring us!"
