Luna Lovegood walked through the grounds. Her silvery blue eyes were cast upward as she watched as the soft so fall down around her. Her white blond hair fluttered behind her. A light wind ruffled her hair. She wore no cloak. Someone had stolen it. She was also barefoot with no winter shoes or woolen socks, but Luna knew where her shoes were. The Ravenclaw enjoyed the biting coolness of the snow. Just like, she enjoyed the sound of the snow falling. It made no sound, but Luna could hear the sound of the silence. It was serene and peaceful. It reminded her of jumping into a pile of down feathers. It also reminded her of her dearly departed mother. Sadly, Luna sighed.

"Hello Harry," Luna said. She had stopped walking and she had looked down, but not at the ground. "Are you going or coming from Hogsmede? I thought that you were allowed to go. Didn't Sirius sign a paper allowing you? Oh, Harry I am sorry for mentioning him. I know how much you miss him."

Harry threw the cloak off his head. The Gryffindor smiled ruefully at the younger Ravenclaw "Hullo, Luna. I am going," he said. Harry grew quiet for a moment. He looked from side to side and then at Luna.

"Your head looks like it is floating. Did a snarfle take your body? They love to do that sort of thing," Luna whispered.

"Err…no a snarfle didn't take my body. My invisibility cloak is covering my body," Harry said.

"Oh. I was hoping that a snarfle had. I always wanted to see a snarfle," Luna said. She sounded slightly disappointed that it was not some odd creature that did not have Harry's body. "Why are you going to Hogsmede in that cloak if you are free to enter?"

"It's a habit. I began doing it in my third year and from time to time I like to go there that way. Sometimes I use a hidden entrance too." Harry smiled and shrugged his shoulders. He looked at Luna's bare feet and lack of cloak. "Where is your cloak and shoes? It is freezing out. You'll get frostbit."

"Someone took my cloak. However, Harry do not worry, it will show up somewhere. My clothes always do, remember? I do know where my shoes are however. They are in my door room. I enjoy walking in the snow with bare feet. It feels nice as if I were walking in sand. You should try it sometime."

Luna looked up at the sky again. Her head cocked to one side. A small smile played on her thin lips. "You had better go to Hogsmede. I am going to go visit the thestrals. I have not seen then in awhile. They are surely missing me terribly. I feel bad for not going down sooner. Have fun at Hogsmede and make sure to enjoy being there. Good day, Harry," Luna said. She slowly walked away from Harry. The Hufflepuff did not look back.
