Under the Christmastree
It was freezing cold outside when Oliver came to Watchtower, the Doors open and he smell a taste of cinnamon and was that smoke? In that moment he hear the voice of Chloe "Damn… why did nobody invent a computer oven" Ollie smiles and put the presents under the huge Christmas tree which stand in the middle of the Watchtower.
"Everything okay above?" Chloe looks over the railing "Sure I'm okay only the cookies have a little Problem" The Team will arrive later so they have a little bit time private. Ollie was nervous he had the green satin box more than two weeks in his pocket and he never found the perfect moment.
Chloe came down the Stairs with flour on her cheek and a box of burned cookies in her hand. "I was too long with Lois in the Kitchen" She stood near the Tree and the light from the window shine throw her hair.
'Oh dear God, how do I deserve a woman like her?' He start the music with the remote, it was her favorite Song and go down on one knee. " I love you Chloe and it's because I love you I'll be selfish…." Chloe stand there with open mouth and don't know what she can say.
Oliver took her hand and continues "… two years ago you saved my life and heal my soul…" with tears in her eyes she said "Ollie…" "…you mean everything and more to me Chloe. Please marry me" he put the green satin box from his pocket and opens it.
Chloe saw the most beautiful ring in the world. It was only a few seconds but for Ollie it was the whole eternity when Chloe whispers a small "yes" Ollie kisses her and spin her round.
This was my really first try of a little English one shoot because English is not my mother language.
