"How can he read at all?" Germany placed his head in his hands. He had just received the current Education Report Card with the Top 20 grades. He was seventh, Italy was seventeenth. It was just embarrassing! Italy had Ds for everything; expect for one and that wasn't much better either, just a letter higher. This made his average a D.

Germany let out a sigh; he himself had some Cs and ONE D! He thought it would be better than this; of course he was a B, but he was that last time.

"Its Finland's fault!" Germany shouted, "If we remove him than I would be considered an A then. Italy would of course still be a D but I'm quite sure that something could be done about that!"

"Yo West, I thought you were going to stay out of Italy's business. That was what you promise me on New Year!" Prussia turned the next page in his book. He was annoyed that Germany wouldn't just go to Italy and like make out or something. Instead Germany avoided Italy like he was the plague and Prussia had the plague once, he knew that Germany would loss and go to Italy.

"Brother you are lying; I have never made that promise!" Prussia raise an eyebrow at Germany's back.

"I have it in writing West. I use it as a bookmark and it's in my hand right now," Prussia raised his hand to show Germany who had turned around.

"Why did I make this promise?" Germany eyed the paper carefully, "You know and I know that I would never be able to keep this promise!"

Prussia nod, annoyed even more by Germany stating the obvious, "Either go to him or completely ignore him!"

"I can't do either one of those!" Prussia slammed his book closed, "Brother?"

Prussia stood up and glared at Germany, "Ludwig make up your damn mind! I can't stand being around you complaining about Italy and not do something! I am going leave for a few hours, maybe a few days or a few weeks, to blow some steam off, but I want you to make your mind up about Italy," Prussia walked to the door and without looking back to Germany he added, "If you need me, just call my cell-phone."

Germany was in shock, he looked down to the floor as he listens for the doors to close, rather hard. His brother was gone and he was alone.

"Feliciano," He mumbled out loud. He had to make his mind up, the problem was he didn't know how.
