When He Comes

-

Shaken awake by a warm gentle hand

Before dawns light breaches the horizon.

Eyes slowly open and watch him stand,

Strong and young, not soon to wizen.

-

A hungry kiss on cherry lips,

And lustful hands groping for grips.

Rolling in passion, forgetting the world,

The story of their passionate love unfurled.

-

But then she watches him walk away,

Thinking of his likelihood to betray,

And feels despair at once set in,

While a crystal tear rolls down her chin

-

Yet, when he comes again, she knows,

Her morning will, forever, come with curling toes.

-

Haha, how was that? When I gave to my English teacher she blushed! Haha!
