The Dark Hour On Aiur

After destroying the Zerg Overmind,we thought the threat was over as we returned back to our home planet Aiur in hope of reclaiming it.Artanis and I headed back to the planet along with the rest of the remaining troops in the shuttles and as we cleared through the clouds we saw that Aiur was completely infested by the Creep Colony and not a single creature was alive except for the huge Zerg swarm wich was growing by the minute.When the rest of the crew realized this they immediately turned back and started to leave the planet,unfortunatly we were shot down by the numerous Spore Colony's.Artanis quickly tried transmitting a message to the terrans in request of backup.Luckily Jim Raynor picked up the transmission and immediately send out his force.We crashed but luckily our Sheilds let us survive through the impact.We heard silence followed by a staccato of footsteps rushing at the shuttles so we quickly got out and faught for our very lives.Archons,Templars,Zealots,and Dragoons faught furiously to destroy the current colony we were in.After about 5 minutes of battle we heard the sounds of Wraiths and Battle Cruisers flying in.The battle cruisers used there Yamato Cannons to make quick work of the spore colony's and then our chances of winning against this colony were much higher.I knew that there were various cerebrates lurking on Aiur and I had to destroy the one controlling this group to make things much much easier but I knew they were heavily gaurded so I went along with 10 dragoons to the cerebrate and destroyed the forces blocking us from it,When the forces were all killed I delivered the finishing blows to the cerebrate as a chilling screech filled the air as all the zerg in the colony we were fighting died off….
"Your lucky we got here in time Zeratul" Raynor said,"Yes we are grateful for the rescue but our mission here is to take back our planet and I will fight to the bitter end in any hope of claiming it back"."Well…I guess ill help you again but one thing I don't understand here is how are the zerg still active??We destroyed the overmind so how the hell is all this possible?!?" Raynor said,"It may be that a new overmind is forming" Zeratul replied,Raynor continued "Well were gonna need more then this to wipe out this planet of the Zerg,ill call in for more backup".Zeratul nodded and went to the damaged but not destroyed shuttles to retrieve the probes wich were still working so he had them start a new base here.Raynor walked back to his BattleCruiser and turned on his transmitter.

Raynor~Raynor here requesting backup on the planet Aiur.
Duke~Geez Raynor what are you doing on that trash heap??The zerg already trashed it and-
Raynor~Listen Duke send all the reinforcements you have now!Im helping the protoss reclaim Aiur.
Duke~Fine fine ill do so right now…..Well have fun,heh.

As Raynor heads back to the base he stops by Zeratul."So how long will you get this place up?","Perhaps a few hours should be enough time to build everything up and we can attack tommorow"Zeratul replied."Well I guess ill get the troops prepared…tommorow is gonne be one hell of a battle..umm you arent planning to do this all in one day though are you?"Raynor asked,"No of course not….we should have all the zerg colony's destroyed in a few weeks" I replied. "good" Raynor said, and Raynor and I watched from the cliff as the building began forming and the probes were cleaning out all the protoss and zerg carcasses…..
