Lauren's POV:
I was finally starting to come around to the fact that maybe dad was happy with Kirsty. I decided to give her a chance. I was getting ready to meet her and dad in the Vic but I need to keep mum away. I was thinking about it when Abi walked in.
"Abs!" I called as her and Jay came running upstairs.
"Yeah?" she asked.
"Can you do me a favour please?" I asked
"What?" she asked. I could see her and Jay were getting worried so I laughed.
"Don't worry! I just need you to keep mum in the house whilst I meet Kirsty and Dad for a drink, pretty please?" I begged using the best puppy dog eyes I could.
"Fine!" she proclaimed before walking out with Jay trying to figure out a plan.
10 minutes later I was on my way out when I heard mum talking.
"Lauren! Where are you going?" she asked.
"Just to see Joey, won't be long" I said giving her a quick peck on the cheek and running out.
1 hour later I was still in the Vic with Dad and Kirsty, things were going alright when Joey came running in out of breath.
"Joey!" I proclaimed as I jumped up too see him.
"It's Abi come on!" he said pulling me out of the pub. I was getting more and more worried as we got nearer to the house. When we finally got there I saw Abi crying into Jay's shoulder and then I looked towards the house to see it was on fire. Dad, Kirsty and I gasped before asking Abi what was going on.
"W-we le-left the house for-for two min-minutes a-and n-now it-it's on fi-fire" she sobbed.
"Okay, is anyone in there?" I panicked.
"Your mum, Oscar, Alice, Anthony, Whitney and Tyler!" Jay replied for Abi
"What?" I asked.
"They were going to see you!" Jay said. My dad went to say something but I couldn't hear it as I sped off and up the stairs into the burning building hearing them shouting my name.
"Mum" I coughed. Nothing. Then I heard her coughing from the kitchen. I ran in to see her and Oscar sat there on the floor. I took Oscar into the living room, grabbed Alice and told her to take Oscar outside and call for help. She argued for a while but then agreed as the ceiling cracked. She ran out taking Oscar with her.
"Whit! Whit! Where are you?" I coughed.
"Over here!" she called.
"You've got to get out of here Whitney! Go! I'll get Tyler!" I said.
"But" she started
"GO!" I shouted before coughing. She ran out of the house making sure she took my mum out with her.
"Ant come on Tyler's not moving we need to get him out" I said. Anthony slowly started getting up and helping me pick Tyler up but we fell back down as the ceiling collapsed just missing us. We coughed getting back up and carrying Tyler out just as the Fire brigade got there. They took everyone into separate Ambulances. Dad and Kirsty going with Oscar. Abi and Jay going with Mum. Jack and Sharon going with Alice. Bianca and Carol going with Whitney. Roxy and Alfie going with Tyler. Kat and Michael going with Anthony. I was walking over to another ambulance when Joey and Lucy appeared next to me. Lucy smiling weakly at me as I returned it and Joey kissing me on the head. We got into the ambulance and I fell asleep but that's all I remember.
