Sam hesitated. "Cas, can you… go anywhere?"
The angel cocked his head. "Few places are forbidden to me."
"Have you been to the bottom of the ocean? The top of Mount Everest?"
"No. Yes."
"Have you ever been in space? Outer space?"
He frowned slightly. "I believe I have been in that environment."
"Is there life? On other planets?"
"Why does this matter to you, Sam Winchester?"
"Did I destroy the universe or just Earth?"
Dean blew in the door, dropping a six pack on the table. "Why the long faces?"
Infinitely gently, Cas spoke. "Everything. It will be everything."
