A/N: This is just a quick one-shot of a poem that Rose could've read at the memorial for Dimitri after he was taken. It randomly came to me one day, so I hope you all like it. I enjoy writing poems :D

For Dimitri:
You were the light of my life,
My reason for living.
Now that I'm here without you,
There's no sun; just rain.
You were so giving, loving and fair.
You were my life, my love, my air.
I miss you dearly, you were brave and strong.
Fierce and loving,
You knew right from wrong
You were there for me every step of the way,
And for that I thank you everyday.
Why did you have to leave, when I need you so much?
I miss your voice, your smell, your touch.
You were the voice of reason, my guiding light,
Now that you're gone, who will tear me away from a fight?
You may be gone now,
Far, far away,
But I know now
That we'll never truly be apart;
For you will always be right here in my heart.
