Writer zone: Hello everybody! This is my first story about Hunger Games, so I decided to translate it into english and publish it here too. When Rue died, everyone could see her death from her District. When Rue died, everyone was able to see her death by his own district. I wanted to imagine the point of view of one of Rue's little sisters.

The sleeping beauty

The people around me began to stir. Dad is at the center of the square, with his other friends of the orchard. I hear him scream.
I would like to go there to calm him down and tell him she is not dead yet. Why not, right?
I mean, look at her! Her eyes are so ... open.
You can't die with your eyes open. It's like if you fall asleep, I think. So you have to have them shut by force.
Rue is lying on the ground and her chest is still, but her eyes are open.
Then, someone - a girl - lowers her eyelids with the same ease with which mom pulls us out of the covers.
Whisper that probably it is a competence of the twelve. I don't know. I don't care.
Whoever she is, I hate her to have closed her eyes! I hate her!
Who is she to decide whether Rue is dead or not?
