Hikaru and Karou walk side by side, down the extravagent hallways of Ouran Academy.
The Host Club had been cacelled, so the two were leaving for the day.
Or, maybe, only one of them.
"Hey, Hikaru. Go ahead without me. I'll be home later."
The younger twin, Karou, says.
Hikaru looks shocked at first, but eventually shrugs and continues walking.
Turning at a corner up ahead, Kaoru walks quickly to one of the many art roomsin the building.
Finding the correct one, Kaoru takes a deep breath before going inside.
Standing there, in faded jeans and an old white t-shirt, surrounded by art supplies, is the only person that could make Kaoru leave his brother's side.
He watches as she paints on a large canvas.
Two easiles support the artwork she is creating.
Watching her from the doorway, the orange haired, first-year, watches as the girl mixes colors on her pale forearm.
Hears her humm as she critiques her work.
Nodding once, the girl puts down her brush and pallet, and stares at the painting.
Silently chuckling, Kaoru wals forward and wraps his slender arms around the girl's tiny waist.
Causing her to squeal in fright at the unexpected touch.
Turning her head, the girl sees the Cheshire Cat smirk on the boy's face.
She laughs and turns around to face the first year.
"Hey.
I thought you had that Host Club thing today."
She exclaims confusidly.
"It was cancelled.
So I thought I would come see you.
Why?
Do you have a lover coming to see you?"
Kaoru asks jockingly.
Though he truely does worry about it.
She's to perfect for me. I
wouldn't blame her if she did have another guy.
Kaoru has often thought.
She just chuckles.
"No.
You're to sweet for me to even think about doing that, Kaoru.
Besides," she hugs him closely, "no one can compete with you.
Okay?"
She asks, looking up at the younger twin.
"Glad to hear it."
With that said, Kaoru leans down until their lips meet in a soft, but passionet, kiss.
Pulling apart, the two secret lovers, smile at each other.
The girl brushes a stray lock of silver hair behind her ear as she grabs Kaoru's hand.
She pulls him to the drying painting.
"I- I don't know why... b- but... um...
Heh, uh...
It just- reminded me of you."
She stutters, as Kaoru stares at her work.
A grassy valley at sunset.
The image looks so lifelike, that it seems almost as if he were really there.
The reds, oranges, pinks and yellows of the setting sun, no doubt came from the girl's memories.
The grass looks so lush, almost inviting.
The river in the distance almost looks like it's moving.
"It's beautiful."
He turns to thee girl, "But not as beautiful as you, Aisling."
Kaoru brushes away the hair from the girl's, Aisling's, eyes.
Only to reveal a pair of bright, sapphire blue orbs.
Bending down once more, Kaoru presses his lips to Aisling's.
The much shorter girl, wraps her arms around his neck, as he encircles her waist, pulling Aisling closer.
Deepening the kiss even further.
"I love you, Aisling."
Kaoru whispers when the two pull apart for air.
"I love you, Kaoru."
Is Aisling's only reply.
Okay, so I had originally written this for my friend's birthday ( My friend's name is indeed Aisling and she is an artist). But I had decided that I am going to be using all these one-shots for a different purpose.
So this was Aisling and Kaoru. Tell me what you thought. Please?
And sorry for the mistakes. I'm writing this with Aisling sitting across the room. So I had to do this fast.
Well, that's it for nowe.
E.
