Hello everone, this is my first Peanuts fanfiction and I'll most likely only do Charlie Brown and Lucy, so I'll just put them here. I just got done watching A Boy Named Charlie Brown and the last scene got me, I've always loved Charlie and Lucy though, something abput they playfulness gets me you know.
So enjoy this please and give me feedback on what needs to be redone and revise.
Disclaimer:I do not own Peanuts
Lucy had always come up first in everything she did, except love. At 13, Lucy still felt like she was the last in love. The only man she'd ever pine for; Schroeder; would never show her the same affection she showed him.
Opening her Psychologist booth now she expected her first customer any minute, there he was, good ol' Charlie Brown walking towards the booth now. Every Saturday she would get up at seven to meet him there. Out of 3 years, they've never missed a Saturday yet, and if she was gonna wake up at seven for him, he would too, whether he wanted to or not.
"Good morning Lucy, fine weather we're having huh?" Charlie greeted her, after a few years Lucy had become less lenient to Charlie Brown dare she say it, they're friends now. But, she knows she wouldn't do it for just a "friend", there was something else there and she felt it, it was feint, but there.
"You can say a cloudy day is nice I suppose Charles, but they say it might rain later on, I hope after or baseball game today." Lucy sighed, the team had become much better than before, Charlie Brown still wasn't a great player, he was good, but not great. Thankfully as he pitched the right fielder cheered him on for good luck, yeah things have changed.
"Oh, the game? That's cancelled Luce, might thunderstorm later or something, postponed to next Wednesday, then we have a by."
"Well then my day is open now, what're you doing anyway today Charlie Brown?" After she asked this question Charlie Brown seemed tense. He fidgeted with his black and yellow striped shirt and looked down at his shoes, no longer able to look at her in the eyes.
"Y-You see Lucy I was um wondering, that is, you know, if you don't have anything to do-"
"I'd already said I wasn't doing anything Charlie Brown, so why don't you quit the "I'm nervous act" and say what you need to say."
Charlie Brown nodded and found some confidence to look Lucy straight in her eyes, her beautiful hazel eyes and say, "Would you like to have dinner with me Lucy?"
Closing his eyes, expecting a punch, slap, kick or something he heard a giggle, looking up from the wooden chair he sat in he saw Lucy trying to hold in a fit of giggles, failing greatly by the way. Charlie Brown could take no more, this is more humiliating than a smack to his face, or anything else that's ever happened to him, and there's been many.
Getting up to leave he heard a soft voice escape her lips, "Took you long enough to ask eh Charles?"
Turning around her saw her, a smirk on her face but her eyes told him everything, "After 5 years of these little "meetings" you finally ask me out on a date. Looks like my work did help you grow some balls, you'll be picking me up at five to walk me to your house since you will be cooking me my favorite meal, Lasagna, with macaroni and cheese. Bring Sally here so she can be with Linus and get some movies while you're at it. I'm giving you ten hours to do these things Charlie Brown and you better not be late, you never make a girl wait. She changed the "The doctor is in" sign to "The doctor is out" and sauntered her way back into that house. Who knows how long love knocked on her door, she's just grateful she finally answered it before someone else did.
There is is and there it was, hope you liked it.
Review please I love feedback
