Chapter 1: The Argument
Peter lounged on the couch as Lois nagged him about throwing his clothes in the hamper. He ignored her as she screamed at the top of her lungs. She turned the T.V. off and he stood up. "Listen up Peter, I have had it with you just sitting on the couch doing nothing all day! Besides, shouldn't you be going to work?"
"Nah, I got fired two days ago."
"YOU WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I got fired what's the big deal?"
"YOU IDIOT!! THE BIG DEAL IS THAT WE NEED MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Lois calm down I'll get another job!"
"OH WHATEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I will. Listen have you seen my pants?"
"Peter, no, but where is Brian?"
"Oh he joined the army."
"WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"Listen, Lois, he's fine."
There is not enough paper in the world to write the rest of this argument. Anyway, so Peter dug Brian's note out of his pocket and showed it to Lois. And then after all of that drama Peter broke the conversation with a fart.
"Pardon me."
"Ugh."
