Lane was board. He didn't have to meet with anyone for a couple of hours now and he decided to check out . Andre's blog caught his attention. He clicked on it. He couldn't believe what he saw.

Lane immediately called both girls down.

"Tori," he began as soon as they were seated, "it would appear that I owe you an apology. You were telling the truth about Jade. Jade, you have some explaining to do"

Jade flushed 10 shades of red.

"Oh come on," she said, "It was just a harmless prank"

Tori and Lane looked at her.

"She had it coming anyway," Jade argued

"Had it coming," Tori asked, "You want to explain that one"

"Yeah. You kissed Beck on your second day here at Hollywood Arts. Do you have any idea how that made me feel? Thanks to you I was on loser status for-"

"How is that thanks to me? You spilled-"

"Enough," Lane said, "You girls need to learn to listen to each other.

"Tori it seems like Jade is saying that she felt like you invaded her personal space when you kissed Beck."

"What about the fact that she poured coffee on me"

"YOU WERE RUBBING MY BOYFRIEND," Jade exclaimed.

"I SPILLED COFFEE ON HIM," Tori argued, "I was trying to get it out"

"That was the most difficult week of my life," Jade said letting a couple of tears fall, showing her weak side.

"Jade I'm sorry," Tori said, "I didn't know how much this would affect you"

"Thank you Tori," Lane said, "that's mature of you. Jade don't you have anything to say to Tori?"

"Nope"

"Jade!"

"Oh yeah… tell Andre to take that BLOG down. If Beck reads it I will be in so much trouble it's not even funny"

"Okay," Tori said

"And," Lane added?

"And I'm sorry," Jade added

"Well," Lane said, "since Tori was the one that you had messed with I think it's only fair that she decide your punishment"

Tori caught the wince on Jade's face and she thought for a minute. Then she remembered a verse from her bible study. It said blessed are the merciful for they shall be shown mercy. Jade wasn't a bad person. She had made some mistakes but she had a good soul.

"I think," Tori said, "I'm going to forgive her."

Jade raised her eyebrows in shock.

"Look Jade," Tori said, "I know we didn't get off on the best start but I would like for us to be friends"

"What's your angle?"

"I don't have an angle," Tori said, "I see the real you"
