I know this chapter is short but I want to have her meet the team in the second chapter. Please enjoy the story, and for the next chapter I would like 2 reviews just like all my other stories. Thank you!
Hockey was always Charlie Conways favorite thing to do. That is until he had the unfortunate knowledge that his cousin would be joining his team. She lived in Ohio but was now moving in with him,his mom,and his stepdad to play for his team. Savannah Conway, his cousin, 15 years old just like him. He was 1 month older but that didn't make a difference, they had always been rivals ever since they were kids. Even though they lived far away from each other they still competed against one another. She was equally amaizing at Hockey and wasn't afriad to show it either. She was a show boater about it. Kind of like Dwayne and his puck handling. Anyways she was moving in today. His parents were already at the airport waiting to get her. He had already informed the team about their new member. Connie and Julie were excited to get another girl on the team and so were the boys.
Charlie walked into his living room and saw the car pulling into the driveway. A minute later the door opened and there she was. Savannah 5'6, straight brown hair that went past her shoulders, standing there with her belongings. Which she had immediatley dropped when she saw Charlie.
"Charlie!" She ran over to him to give her cousin a hug.
"Savannah!" He replied hugging her back.
Maybe she had changed. He thought.
"You ready for me to join the Ducks?" She asked excitedly.
"Sure."
'Well whens our first practice?"
"Tomorrow morning at 6."
"Yay I can't wait to meet everyone!" She said hugging Charlie again. "Thanks for letting me stay here, I know we've had our difference's in the past but I want to put that behind us now that were going to be teammates." She said pulling away smiling at Charlie.
He smiled back. "Me two." He picked up her bags and brought them to her room where she would be staying and layed them on the bed, thinking how fun this season could be now that his cousin and him were on good terms.
