Shuuya is a current freshman in Japan Central College. He chooses to live a life of solitude from others on campus. There are entities on campus who are keeping a watchful eye on Shuuya because of his ideals on campus. Shuuya knows that if he continues down this path of separating himself from the freshman community it will only bring conflict with hidden entities on campus. The hidden entities are the Fraternity Houses on campus that are operated by devious seniors who love to torment people on campus. Shuuya Sonsaku is not your typical freshman. He likes to live a normal life outside of campus although it is all a front to gain the attention to the Frat Houses on Campus. Shuuya true objective is to appear to be problematic towards all the Frat Houses on campus. He is trying to locate the source of disturbances that originated on campus. Through all the evidence he has collected it points to the upper classmen. The Upper class consists of juniors and seniors who have nothing better to do with their time than to pick on the lower dwellers which is another name for freshmen. All new freshmen are known as New Meat. This name is feared by the freshman community. Only a few are chosen to participate unwillingly. This is how juniors and seniors play their games and keep certain parties in check around campus. Shuuya has been trying to get on this list but has been unsuccessful. It can only mean one thing and that is someone is watching him. He knows he must tread carefully because he is about to approach the point of no return once he is unwillingly accepted. Shuuya main objective is to collect any evidence to shut down the Frat Houses responsible for hurting the freshmen population. This order came from none other than the campus police.
