The son of the one who made us
Was preaching like He always does
When a rumble was heard
And then evil one comes
"I have a question"
The evil one said
The Son simply nodded
"Go ahead"
"You said in your word
"That no matter who comes to you
"You will in no wise cast aside
"Is that really true"
"Quite," the Son said, "If he seeks me full"
The evil one nodded and grinned
"What if the one who seeks you out
"Is at that point full of sin"
"I didn't come to call the healthy
"I came to call the ill
"That includes the ones full of sin
"And the ones with an iron will"
"But for a moment lets suppose
"It was I who sought you out
"What would you say
"Or would I be shut out"
"The Father in Heaven knows your soul
"He knows if you're for real
"You cannot pretend to be sincere
"And expect the father not to feel
"You can come with full repentance
"And you would be not turned away
"But if you were of hard heart
"You simply cannot stay
"You must understand the father's love
"His way is the only answer you need
"You cannot serve the father
"If your heart is full of greed
"No matter what happens
"No matter how far you seem to fall sometimes
"When you seek the answer
"In the father you shall find
"Money comes and money goes
"Earthly treasures cannot be stored
"The treasures are waiting in heaven you know
"Along with free room and board"
