~ Hawkeye ~
"Here boss, eat up," the agent named Hawkeye called out as he threw Loki a turkey sandwich.
"I am not hungry," Loki said as he put his sandwich on the table and continued to lock his gaze onto the monitor.
"Come on, boss. You're too skinny. And you haven't eaten anything for the past 8 hours," Hawkeye said as he picked up the sandwich and shoved it in Loki's face.
"I do not require sustenance as often as a mortal. I will be fine," Loki sniped as he waved Hawkeye away from his face.
"How can you be fine? You only had an apple for breakfast. One apple. Nuh-uh, don't lie to me. I saw you," Hawkeye said as he wriggled his finger at his boss.
Loki narrowed his eyes but he ignored his second-in-command and continued to stare at the monitor.
Hawkeye sighed and picked up the sandwich again and said "You really should eat better, you know. And please don't tell me you are afraid of putting on weight, because I gotta tell you, you need more meat on ya. So don't let anyone tell you otherwise. And if they did, come to me, and I'll sort it out for ya."
And still, Loki ignored him.
So he continued as he devoured his own sandwich, "Plus, this is a turkey sandwich, so it's good for you. None of those greasy burger that'd just clogg up your arteries. Lean meat and some greens in 2 slices of wholemeal bread. A well-rounded meal, boss. Are you sure you don't want it?"
Continued silence.
"You know I'm just gonna keep talking until you eat this delicious sandwich, right?" Hawkeye continued as he shook the turkey sandwich at Loki.
And then a long-suffering sigh.
"If I eat this, will you cease your nagging and let me be?" Loki asked in exasperation.
"Yes," was the short reply and as Loki turned towards the agent, Hawkeye continued in a sing-song reply with a grin, "Until the next meal, of course."
Loki gave him a vicious glare and then snatched the sandwich out of Hawkeye's outstretched hands as he mumbled about nagging agents whom he should have smite with his glowing stick.
Hawkeye put his feet on the table and leaned back on his chair, a big grin of satisfaction plastered on his face.
