When Sara was thirteen, she got a music box from her brother as a Christmas present. It wasn't as precious to her as her ring, but it was still something very important to her. It was a gift from her older brother.
She would play the music box constantly, whenever she could, whenever she wanted to think of her brother, especially before bed.
One day when she woke up, her music box wasn't there. She asked her mother where it was, and after a long silence, her mother answered "I don't know."
Sara never asked about the music box again.
