Warnings: Axel/Roxas yaoi, not much though
A/N: My friends and I had another sleepover and decided to write some more one shots. We gave each other prompts and had about 20 minutes to write. Here was my first one.
Prompt: Axel/ Roxas, as much fire as possible
Axel and Roxas stumbled into their apartment, attached at the lips, hands wandering down backs, and in some cases butts. In seconds, the blond one was naked and the red-head almost there.
"Axel…" Roxas moaned as his boyfriend began kissing down his chest, sucking every once in a while to leave small marks of ownership.
Suddenly, the pleasure was wiped from Roxas' face. "Do you smell that?" he asked the red-head, turning his face toward the door and sniffing.
Axel grunted at the distraction and continued making his way downward, one of his hands now playing with a nipple.
"No, Axel, seriously, do you smell that?" Roxas said again, trying to push away the hand.
"Roxie, I'm sure it's nothing. Sora probly just forgot to take out the trash or something like he always does," Axel replied, trying to return to kissing down his boyfriend's chest.
"No, Axel. I'm freaking serious." Roxas shook his head. "It smells like smoke or something," he said pushing Axel off and standing up, quickly wrapping a sheet around his bare waist. He quickly walked to the door of the apartment and opened it.
Dark gray smoke began pouring in. Roxas coughed and looked to one end of the hallway. He saw fire trailing its way up the walls, coming ever closer to their apartment. "Axel, there's a fire, we have to get out of here!"
This time, Axel knew he was right. He nodded, grabbing another sheet and wrapping it around his own waist. "Let's go," he said. They ran out the door, shoving past other people in order to get outside.
In minutes they were outside, surrounded by their frightened neighbors. A moment later, the fire trucks arrived and a familiar silver headed man jumped out of the leading one.
"What happened?" Riku said, striding right to the shivering couple as other firefighters rushed into the now burning building. Axel shrugged, looking a bit guilty.
"He wouldn't believe me that there was a fire," Roxas explained. "I smelled something and when we saw the smoke he finally decided I wasn't just delirious!"
"Damnit, Axel, how the hell did you not know there was a fire?"
A/N: I didn't really like doing that to them, but I didn't have any other ideas. I think it turned out ok though. Reviews are loved especially since so many people read without reviewing!! :D
