How to Learn Japanese
"Right guys, Sit in a row infront of the board!" Noodle shouted angryly to the boys on the other side of the room. They sat bolt upright except for Murdoc who was slumped in his chair, pretending not to listen.
"Murdoc, sit up! You were the one who complained you can't speak Japanese!" Noodle jumped up and down with frustration.
"Konnichiwa!" Murdoc said sarcastically
Noodle sighed and went to the whiteboard she had put up the previous day. It had never been used before so the white reflected the annoyed face Murdoc had put on.
"This is idiotic in my words. We are never gonna go to Japan, so what for Satans sake do we 'ave to learn it, for? Ya don't even talk Japanese any more!" Murdoc grumbled as he pulled out a can of beer from beneath his chair.
"Ok! Shall we start by taking a regester?" Noodle giggled
"You can see we're all 'ere you numpty." Murdoc said in a tone far away from nice.
2D made a face at Murdoc and pointed to Noodle.
"Well, it's only 'cos we do it at school and I wanna be a teacher today!" Noodle moaned, folding her arms. She looked sad, forlawn anyway. 2D jumped off his chair and went up to her. Noodle hugged his scrawny body tight until her nails dug into his sides.
"Youch!" 2D screamed. He started to hop around and Murdoc burst out laughing. Noodle kissed 2D on the cheek and he suddenly cooled it. He went back to his seat next to Russel and smiled.
"Ok, we will start by learning some little phrases like 'Good Morning' and 'Lady/Men'." Noodle said. She was calm for a 13 year old, who at the same time was teaching three middle-aged men to talk Japanese.
"Ohayo means 'Good Morning'." Noodle explained as she wrote Ohayo up on the board. Murdoc moaned.
"Oh Hi Yo Numptys!" Murdoc screamed. He seemed almost pleased with himself for saying it. Noodle span around and started to fizz with anger.
"Oh, ya gonna but me on the naughty step, miss? Oh, no, no, no, please don't!" Murdoc said in his most annoying and babiest voice.
"Stop dat Muds is dere summink wong wiv Noodle tryin' ta teach ya summink?" 2D asked.
"Yeah, there is! I am a 43-year-old man sitting and learnin' 'apanese from a 13 year old girl. How ironic, huh?" Murdoc said slumping in his chair. "I'm leavin', see y'all." Murdoc left Russell, Noodle and 2D to themselves while he went to watch the snooker. From then on 2D and Russell attended her classes until they all seemed to speak fluent Japanese, well for the exception of Murdoc anyway.
2 years later…
"Wow, Japan is so cool!" 2D exclaimed.
"I'm gonna go order a drink." Murdoc said.
Moreover, of course he could not speak a word of it…
