A.N.: Lame title I know but hey, cut me some slack the story will probably be just as lame. Seeing as it's my first try at writing a fanfic though...be nice? ( also not exactly my fav pairing but oh well, it fits. )

Disclaimer: Nothing of the Hp world belongs to me...blah blah blah this includes the devastatingly smexy Sanpe and Draco ( which saddens me greatly ).

He couldn't help it, she'd just look too cute sitting there asleep with the book held in what seemed to be a death grip.
It didn't fully cross his mind what a bad idea it might be or what would happen if she woke up. Nope. He wasn't really one for thinking anyway.
He'd been sitting there listening to Harry ramble on about something for at least, bloody hell…what 5 minutes now? No wonder his attention was waning.
He'd simply gotten up, walked to where she was curled up on the sofa in the common room, and lightly kissed her before he knew what he was doing.

Of course once it was done he knew exactly what he was doing because she'd jerked back quickly and hit him in the front of the head with the book she'd been reading.

"RONALD WEASLY WHAT THE…" she threw her book at him and he ran for cover, looking this way and that like a panicking rabbit.

"OF ALL THE STUPID, ANNOYING, BOARDERLINING ON OBNOXIOUS THINGS YOU'VE DONE!" She threw another book at him and Ron dove under the nearest table for shelter nearly knocking it over as he squeezed himself into the tiny space it had to offer.

"H-Hermione…really! I didn't mean to! It just -"

"Don't even try to defend yourself!" she screeched and hefted another tome at him.

Harry seemed to be enjoying the entire scene far too much so Hermione threw her next intended-for-Ron book at him.

He managed to duck it just in time so that it bounced off the wall behind him, "Hey! What did I do?!"

"You exist!" she snapped before going back to her assault on the terrified Ron.

Several books later Hermione was still standing in front of the table, Ron was still hiding under the table, and Harry was still enjoying himself immensely. Of course Harry was not the only one now watching the events unfold before them as Hermione's screams had drawn a small crowd into the common room.

"I cannot believe that you did that! I simply cannot believe and refuse to believe you did that! And in the middle of the common room! With everyone watching! You …you just…." she folded her arms across her chest and glared down at his huddled form under the small table.

"Well there's nothing for it." Hermione said after a painful moment of silence on Ron's part. "You're just going to have to do it again."

Ron poked his head out of his fortress, a bewildered look plastered across his face.

"You mean you're not going to hex me into oblivion?"

"I will if you don't get out here an kiss me this instant." Matter of Fact voice ringing through the rather stunned silence that seemed to have taken over.

Ron scrambled out into the open and to his feet knowing full well the damage she could do if she wanted. However after managing to get to his feet the situation became more embarrassing with the annoying amount of catcalls and yelling that was non-oddly enough being led by Harry. So he simply stood awkwardly leaning slightly down towards the girl in front of him until she rolled her eyes and grabbed his tie, jerking him down until his lips crashed against hers.
