Ginny always secretly loved Muggle songs. Especially Disney songs.
She thought she kept this secret well hidden, only listening to them when she was alone; making sure no one else was around when she began to sing them.
It wasn't until her fifth year at Hogwarts that she began to sing them while she did her homework in the common room at night.
One night, as she was working on her potions essay that she had left until the last minute, she sang "A Whole New World", even singing the male part. When she was almost finished with the song, she heard the swish of a cloak and a stair creak. She gathered her stuff and hurried up the stairs to the girl's dormitories. She didn't meet any one along the way, so it must have been one of the boys. What if it was Fred or George? They would never let her live it down.
The next morning at breakfast, a letter found its way to Ginny, who had no owls visit her. She opened the letter despite Hermione's objections.
"Ginny,
I've loved you since the first moment I laid eyes on you.
Meet me tonight at the Quidditch Pitch at midnight.
Your Secret Admirer."
That night, near midnight, Ginny slipped out of her bed and snuck out of her dormitory, down the stairs, out of the common room and down shortcuts until she reached the great front doors. She took a deep breath before pushing the doors open just enough for her to slip through.
She hurried down to the Quidditch Pitch. She saw her admirer standing in the middle of the field, holding a broom. As she moved closer, the moonlight illuminated his face.
"Seamus?" Ginny called, surprised. "You're the one who sent me the letter?"
"I am, Ginny." He smiled back. "And I meant it too. I really have loved you since the moment I laid eyes on you and I'm here to prove it to you."
"How?"
"By showing you a whole new world." Seamus whispered, holding out his hand to Ginny.
