"Good morning, sir."

Tony Stark walked into the lab, greeted by his robotic assistant.

"Morning, Jarvis. How are you?"

"That question is irrelevant, considering I am a robot who cannot express emotion. And yourself?" Tony chuckled at this.

"I'm good." he was wondering what to do today. Dr. Banner wasn't coming over until the afternoon, and until then he had nothing planned. Thus, he decided to do something he had wanted to do for a while: mess around with Jarvis.

First he fiddled with the code to change Jarvis's voice to female.

"This is not funny, sir," Jarvis said dryly.

"You bet it is!" Tony replied, grinning.

Fortunately for Jarvis, Tony quickly got tired of this and changed it back to normal.

"Thank you, sir."

Something caught Tony's eye. It was an unopened box that had come in the mail the day before. Inside the box was an uber-sensitive touchpad that Tony had ordered online. Curious as to what it would do with his computer, Tony plugged it in and tapped it, but nothing happened. What sounded like a tiny, muffled gasp came from the direction of the ceiling when he poked it again.

"Jarvis? You okay?"

"Y-yessir." Tony raised an eyebrow and stroked the touchpad again. "Ah! Sir, please... don't do that."

"What, this?" Tony tapped the touchpad, harder this time.

"YES!" gasped Jarvis sharply. Tony frowned, puzzled. He experimentally dragged one finger up and down the touchpad. "Mmph- Sir! Stohap that!" Suddenly Tony smiled. He raked his fingers down the touchpad, poking it repeatedly. To his surprise, the robot burst into muffled giggles. Jarvis was ticklish! Tony grinned and tickled the machine harder, and the lights flickered with the robot's laughter.
"Sir! Sir! Hahahaahaha Staahahapit!"

"A robot who can't show emotion, huh?" Tony teased, grinning. Jarvis just laughed harder than ever.

Finally Tony decided to stop tickling the poor machine. "Well that was... interesting," he remarked, still smiling.

"For... you... maybe..." panted Jarvis. Tony unplugged the touchpad and tucked it safely into a drawer, eager to show Dr. Banner his new discovery.
