Shino stories I write are very personal. They are stories closely related to the way I feel with certain things. Of course the story will differ to that of my own, but my thoughts are still very clear in these stories....to me anyway :)

He didn't even know her until today, and already she had managed to pull a smile out of Shino.

Was it fate that he had come to the right place at the right time to save her from falling? Or was it purely coincidental?

It didn't matter. What did was that it had happened and he was glad that it did.

She was someone Shino didn't want to forget.

"Would you like to meet again?" He asked her.

The girl smiled. "I'd love to."

"How about tomorrow, same time at this place?"

She leaned over and gave him a quick kiss and began walking. "I'll be here."

When she was out of sight, he walked away.

It was the first time Shino had felt excited in a long time, though he didn't show it.

He had quickly popped over to Ino's shop to grab some flowers.

"Then you're going to want these, these some of these..."

Shino felt agitated. "Ino, I don't think I can pay for all that."

She giggled. "It's free of charge. After all, it's not everyday you come here because of a girl."

He nodded. "Thank you."

Ino smiled. "Good luck."

He had arrived a little late, but he was sure she wouldn't mind.

After all, she was still to come.

Shino was a patient man, and he waited a long time. He would have waited a little longer, if it wasn't for Kiba rushing towards him.

"Shino, we need to go. Now."

"Why?"

"Kurenai needs us as soon as possible. I only just got the message now."

Kiba began to run. "Hurry up!"

Shino watched him leave, before dropping the flowers onto the ground.

He ran off, trailing his friend.

He didn't know if she ever came back.

All he knew was that he would no longer wait.

She looked down at the flowers that laid on the ground.

They couldn't have been there more than a few minutes.

She picked them up and walked away.

Would they meet again? She couldn't answer that question.

But she hoped that the answer was yes.

End.
