Raito and Ryuzaki were sitting amongst the wreckage of the previously pristine kitchenette.
Raito stared in awe at the mess. "I didn't know she could get so angry," he said.
L looked similarly shocked. "It's unprecedented," he agreed.
Matsuda came in, having just dragged Misa out to keep her from strangling the detective. He looked incredibly embarrassed as he began apologizing profusely.
"Gomen nasai Raito-kun, Ryuzaki-san," he said frantically. "She just came in and I couldn't stop her…"
"It's not your fault Matsuda-san," Raito assured him. "You had no way of knowing that she would become this violent."
"Yes," L agreed. "As she has not shown any degree of insanity before now, it would have been nearly impossible to predict that she'd destroy the kitchen."
"I just wonder why she never got it," Raito said after some reflection. "Even Matsuda knew within the first few weeks."
Matsuda blushed again. "Er…"
"It is Misa we are talking about," Ryuzaki said. He leaned over and kissed Raito
