Miley looked out her bedroom window. School had been in session for about two weeks now. She was currently a Sophomore and Jackson was a Senior. She sighed. "Could a Saturday get anymore boring?" She thought to herself. Normally she'd call Lilly, but was grounded for not cleaning her room. She sighed again. She saw a SUV pull up into the driveway which was followed by a moving truck. Miley leaned forward in her seat. "Finally something interesting!" She thought to herself. She watched the new family moving in and out of the house for probably about an hour.
"Miley!" She heard her father call, snapping her out of her trance. "Could you come down here!"
Miley got out of her chair and and went downstairs. "Yeah dad?" She asked as she reached the bottom of the steps.
"Could you take these over to the new neighbors?" He asked her as he handed her plate of cookies.
"Sure thing dad!" She exclaimed. She walked out the front door and cut across her front yard and her new neighbor's yard as well. She looked at the oak door before she knocked. She waited a few minuets before she heard foot steps. The door soon opened.
"Hey!" Miley greeted. "I'm Miley, I'm your new neighbor."
"Hey." She heard the girl who answered the door. "I'm Alex." Miley looked at her. She had long, long, jet black hair, her nose, lip and eyebrow had piercings, her ears had six piercings between the two and she word a lot of black clothing.
Miley handed her the cookies. "So, I guess I'll see you around." She answered back.
"Yeah, totally." Alex answered in a monotone.
Miley walked back to her house. "That was interesting." She said to herself.
A/N: Yes, I know that was kind of short, but this is jut the first chapter and I'm mainly introducing the new girl. Also, I may not be updating this as much as I'd like seeing as school starts on Tuesday. So you all know what do now! Review please!
