Neji pulled on Tenten's hand, trying to get her to hurry. Tenten sighed, laughing slightly, and hurried her pace at his insistent tugging. He said he wanted to show her something, and that it showed up in this place. He sat down, under a tree, and Tenten dropped down next to him.

"Tenten, stop fidgeting. It won't be long now." He said, as they watched the sun start to set. She leaned over, and rested her head on his shoulder, and smiled as he wrapped an arm around her shoulder, and brushed her face against his neck, getting a faint blush from the stoic Hyuuga.

Tenten was drifting off, and her soft breathing a few moments later told him that she had fallen asleep on him. He smiled, but knew that he had to wake her up, she wouldn't want to miss this.

He gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. She was awake enough that it woke her. "Tenten, you fell asleep. You don't want to miss this." He said, with a soft smile. Tenten blushed lightly, and nodded, straightening up, and looking over the field that they were currently in.

The sun had gone down, and the stars were out, shinning like diamonds, and both Neji and Tenten inclined their heads heavenwards, and stared at the brilliant field of stars. But that wasn't what Neji wanted to show her. But when he looked down to tell Tenten this she-

-kissed him, on the lips. He blinked in surprise before returning the gesture. When they broke away he somehow managed to say something. "Tenten…look." He said, pointing over to the field, now filled with little lights of its own. "Fireflies!" she gasped, and stared at the multitude of them.

Tenten smiled happily, as she felt him drift off into sleep, his arms around her, and her close to him.
