The island
Chap 1
Gerald went outside. The wind blowing through his hair made him feel young again. When he walked up to his friend Jimmy's house to see if he wanted to talk. When he went to the house he did not find Jimmy but instead a note, a note that just had coordinates written on it. Gerald took it home to look up the coordinates and all he found was a small unnamed island in the south atlantic. Gerald went to see his other friend Ron to see if he could borrow his plane. Ron was a little on the old side and didn't like asking questions so he let Gerald borrow the plane. Gerald lived in the plains so there was a lot of space to take off. Gerald discovered that the island is about 7 hours away. But lucky for Gerald he knows how to fly from back in vietnam. So he took off and started flying south east. When he was about 5 hours in his plane started making funny noises. His heart dropped as the plane came to a halt and he fell straight out of the sky and hit the water. He was close enough to an island that he could swim to it. He swam to the island and dropped to the ground. "I need to take a break" he said
