Get Well Soon
-Land of Departure-
"Ven!" Aqua called out to the blond who was walking out from Terra's room.
"Hey, Aqua" Ven waved. "Terra's inside. Go ahead."
"How is he?" Aqua asked.
"He broke his arm. But other than that he seems fine." He smiled.
"Alright, thank you, Ven." Aqua took out a keychain from her pocket. It was shaped like Ventus' Keyblade. "Here, I made us this set of keychains for our room keys."
"Cool." Ventus received the keychain. He smiled. "Thanks."
"You're welcome." She smiled back and patted the blond's head lightly.
Then they went on their way. Ventus to the living room and Aqua went toward Terra's room. She knocked at his door.
"Come in!" Terra's voice said from inside the room.
Aqua opened the door and went in. Terra was sitting on the side of his bed and was reading a book. His right arm was in a cast.
Terra looked up from his book and smiled lightly.
"Hey." He put down his book on the lamp stand.
"Hey," Aqua walked toward him. "How are you?"
Terra shrugged. "I'm fine. Master Eraqus told me to rest for about a month. My arm should be good by then."
Aqua sat down next to him. "I hope you get well soon."
"Why?" Terra asked teasingly. "Miss me already?"
Aqua's face burned up. "What?! No way!" She punched him on the arm.
"Ow!" Terra winced.
Aqua gasped. "Oh no, I'm sorry!"
Terra smiled weakly. "I'm fine, I'm fine."
Aqua sighed with relief.
"Anyway, thank you for coming to see me." Terra said.
"That's okay." Aqua said. "Oh, here. A keychain for your room key." She handed him a keychain. It was shaped like Terra's Keyblade.
"Thanks Aqua." Terra took the keychain and put it on the lamp stand.
"Well, I think I'll be going now." Aqua stood up.
"Wait." Terra caught her hand. Aqua looked back at him. "Can you come visit me every day, if you can?" Terra let her hand go. He looked away and rubbed his broken arm. "It gets kind of lonely, you know. Staying indoors for a month and not able to do stuff like training."
Aqua paused for a second. But then she smiled. "Sure, I can."
Terra looked up and smiled thankfully. "Thank you, Aqua."
"It's what friends do." She waved and went out of his room.
Terra hold up his new keychain and smiled.
