IT SOMETIMES DOES TAKE TWO GIRLS TO HELP WRITE A FANFIC STORY

An Arthur Short Story Fanfic by Darryl Heine starring Sue Ellen and Fern

It was after school and Sue Ellen was at Fern's house to help Fern get ideas to write a fanfic story for the Lakewood Reader all because Fern was drawing a blank and having writers block about what to write about next.

"Sue Ellen.," said Fern. Do you have any good fanfic ideas?

Sue Ellen replied, "How about another ZutZut fanfic story, I once read one of your ZutZut comics."

Fern said, "Nah, too risky."

Sue Ellen thought up another idea to Fern: "How about anything with Essie Beauchap or Felicity Bonchance in it?"

Fern replied to Sue Ellen, "I wouldn't have these 2 team up together."

Then Sue Ellen said, "How about a Persimmony Glitchett fanfic, or maybe a Henry Skreever fanfic, or maybe a World Girl fanfic about my World Girl doll Pemma and her weaving loom?"

"Those are good ideas, Sue Ellen", said Fern, "but that's not what I have in mind."

"Sorry", said Sue Ellen.

"I guess you gave good suggestions but I still have writers block", said Fern.

After a few minutes, Sue Ellen thought of something else. "Fern, how about doing a fanfic story about 2 girls who can't agree on doing a fanfic story together?"

Fern was shocked to hear what Sue Ellen suggested and said, "THAT'S IT! You gave me a good suggestion for a fanfic for the Lakewood Reader! I'm going to work on it right now and I am going to give you an extra credit that you helped me even when I am not Agatha Shelly nor the Queen of Darkness!"

And so Fern, after a straightening of her bow on her head, wrote the fanfic Sue Ellen suggested to her and a few days later it did get published in the Lakewood Reader school newspaper. Even Sue Ellen felt proud when she saw the fanfic Fern wrote that the author credit read "By Fern Walters with a little help by suggestion from Sue Ellen Armstrong". Well, it does goes to show that sometimes it does take two people - even girls Sue Ellen and Fern - to help write a fanfic story.
