Title: Last Words

Authors Note: For the flashback, it's sort of distorted with the voices all echoey. (That's how I picture it any way.)

Will sits in the crows nest, his own blood dripping from his arm and his father's dagger that was enclosed in his hand, knuckles white with the pain, flashes of Jack and Elizabeth together engulfs his already clouded vision.

(flashback) Their naked bodies joining at the hip, nothing dividing them, moving slowly and lustfully as one, sweat soaking them both. Jack's eyes are closed as Elizabeth nips at his neck and collar bone. Will just stands at the entrance to Jack's cabin, not knowing what to do. The opens his eyes to see Will and gives him a sinister grin, "Sorry mate. Couldn't resist her wild side,"

"She doesn't have one," Will retaliates, watching Elizabeth suck on Jack's earlobe, apparently oblivious to the fact that her fiance is standing at the door.

Jack's smile became even more wicked. "Women are wild when they have freedom."

Will's mind began to race.

"I think that dear Lizzie would rather be a pirate than an honest wife of a blacksmith."

"No," Will whispered, "You're wrong, she'll never be a pirate."(end flashback)

As the memories come back, his blood runs cold, forcing him to swipe his wrist with the dagger once again but they kept coming back. 3 months since Will caught them in the act. 92 days he has endured the screams of Elizabeth's orgasms and her name being shouted by Jack. But he isn't going to handle it any more, and with one long breath, he draws the dagger deep into his heart. The light in his eyes begin to fade, his breath becomes ragged and with all the strength left in him, he rips the blade out before it falls to the deck below and whispers his last words "I loved her." and nothing more.

On the deck, Elizabeth pulls out of Jack's deep kiss and looks over to what has fallen. As soon as she realizes what it is blood starts to run and splatter on the hard wood. Immediately she looks up to see Will's lifeless body draping over the side of the crows nest. As Jack comes up behind her and wraps his arms around her waist, he whispers in her ear "He did what he had to, so don't be upset."Jack kisses her on the cheek tenderly as Elizabeth nods solemnly.
