Chapter One- Issy and Fred.

I still remember that September night, we had just gotten back to Hogwarts, and the weather was warm for this time of year. Fred and I we're pulling pranks, George having backed out at the last minute because his 'allergies we acting up' Fred bought it, but I didn't. I had a feeling George knew how I felt about his twin, and was always trying to get us alone.

"Issy?" Fred asked, his blue eyes sparkling with mischief.

"Mhm?" I reply, recounting the dung bombs in my bag to keep myself busy.

"What are you doing?" he asked, having stopped walking entirely.

"counting" I tell him, stopping as well.

"And how many dung bombs are in the bag?" he asked, a cheeky grin spreading across his face.
"15" I said, glancing up at his face.
"well that's interesting." He replied with a roll of the eye. "Is, can I ask you something?"
I nod, my heart beating ever so slightly faster.
"Do you um… like me?" he asked, scuffing the toe of his shoe on the corridor floor.
"Of course I do." I tell him, trying not to look anxious. "You're my best friend"
He looks confused for a moment, before regaining his composure, "No. I mean do you like me like, go out on a date with me like me?" He asked, blushing a faint scarlet.

"Oh. Yeah kind of..." I reply softly, the color rushing to my cheeks.
Then he did something unexpected, and spontaneous. He kissed me, his lips soft and warm on mine. The even stranger thing, I kissed him back, like my life depended on it. His arms wrap securely around my waist, pulling me increasingly closer to him. I'm the first to pull away.
"that was-" I say, searching for the right words to describe the way I felt when he kissed me, the elation.
"supermegafoxyawesomehot?" he tries, I grin.
"Yes, it was supermegafoxyawesomehot" Then we kiss again, and I feel like I'm on top of the world and no one can bring me down.
